Return & Replacement Policy – Maidan Official
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Customers may request a return or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to Maidan Official. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Replacement & Re-dispatch
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be approved if it meets our policy. Customers are required to pay delivery charges again for the replacement order. After confirmation of delivery charges, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling, products returned without original packaging, and sale or discounted items (unless defective) are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Only replacement is provided for eligible cases.
